Although it wasn't at Stupid O'Clock (despite being awake since 4am) but I have managed to get in an hour's brisk walk this evening after going down with 'flu on Christmas Day.
It was my first venture outside since 23 December and I have a feeling my chest will get its revenge later - but I was seriously getting cabin fever :0)
