It had meant to be a walk - but if anyone in Bournemouth has got up yet and looked outside...its TIPPING down with a strong gusty wind
So I ran. 8 miles. And I'm soaked.
Still...at least the Scrumpies benefit
No paperboy, cyclists or stars out there this morning. Boo. Even too wet for the snails...unless I trod on 'em all as I was running...........
