A daily ramble about a 50-something fitness freak who took up power walking at 5am every morning to drop from size 22 to size 12. And discovered an amazing world out there. Got to goal, but still going strong...
Normally a day of rest...but I need to keep any stiffening muscles from setting firm, so I had two short walks today, which has helped to loosen me up a little.
I am aiming to do a 15 mile walk next Saturday, all going well.
