A rare walk with Mr S and Foggy (to tire him out for the day!) and walked at a speed of 7.7kph.
As you can probably imagine, I didn't get much chance to take in the sights around me as Foggy had picked up the scent of a fox and wanted to race and I was just focusing on keeping up the speed.
Its incredibly mild out there, with just a hint of a breeze, so it was wonderful to be out there.
We managed to get practically to Boscombe Pier before turning back and as we were just 10 minutes' from home, my knee twanged (the knee I had surgery on and has always been termed as "my bad knee"
to the point that I can't straighten it at all at the moment. I've got Biofreeze on it and will be heading for the shower in a sec.
But ARGGGGHHHHHHH. PASS THE CRUTCHES!!!
