I must be getting faster, as I got back home with time to spare, so I headed to the cliff gate, where there's a really steep path leading right down to the beach and ran up and down four times before heading back. I then saw Mr S, who had finished his run and was now taking Foggy for a walk.
So I joined him and we both walked back home together, hand in hand. Ahhhh...the romance of it all
