A daily ramble about a 50-something fitness freak who took up power walking at 5am every morning to drop from size 22 to size 12. And discovered an amazing world out there. Got to goal, but still going strong...
Out at 6am this morning and as I had no restraints in terms of getting back for work, I was able to go much further 11 miles in 2:58:43 Lots of runners, walkers, dog walkers, early surfers and beach hut owners doing a spot of DIY before winter sets in. Lovely.
