Lovely out there this morning. Very mild and hardly any wind.
Lots of cyclists out at this time - I saw 5 or 6. Perfect time for it, as there's hardly any cars about.
Mr S is running to Sandbanks along the promenade this morning. That's 14 miles. I took the cliff road route where I get the view of Christchurch Bay and Swanage Bay, both with their twinkling lights in the darkness
A quick wave to Dave the Paper 'boy' on my way back - and pleased to get back as it was spotting with rain....
