Day 113 - 10 February 2011

With muscles still a bit stiff from last night's 7.5 mile power walk with GETAGRIP I woke up and got out into the incredibly mild morning.

Still cloudy/misty out there so no stars to watch, but it really is so warm compared to recent mornings.

My police car went by twice and it was so tempting not to wave. I didn't see Mr Rude Navy, which was a real shame as I was going to shout a cheery Good Morning to him.....bah. Perhaps tomorrow then.

No foxes this morning, but there did seem to be a lot of traffic today....I wonder why?

The sea was quite still, although there was, what the surfer dudes call, a messy surf, which makes a great sound when the waves break. I wished I could linger a bit longer but I'm trying to focus on speed and from tomorrow, I will be walking up and down the Coastal paths that are quite steep in their incline - in readiness for the Moon Walk in Edinburgh on June 10th. It's far too flat around here!

No stats this morning as I'm typing this on my iPhone.

Have a good Thursday everyone. It's nearly the weekend!!
