Murky again out there and it had been raining in the night.
So I had to concentrate hard not to tread on all the slugs and snails that were out EVERYWHERE this morning. (Perhaps they'd all been invited to a 'Come As You Are' party?)
Walked out 3.5 miles and then ran back as I really HAD to get a run in whilst it wasn't raining - we're due for a LOT of rain later this week
Didn't see the milkman this morning, but I did get a thumbs up from David, the 74 year old paper boy when he saw me running back
