Day 112 - 09 February 2011

With Will Young in my ears (ooer), I stepped out into a much warmer morning. No frost and hardly any wind.

I was going to head inland, but I spotted not one but two foxes weaving their way inside and outside the areas of grass along the top of the cliffs. So I attempted to follow them. As I got nearer, they just disappeared out of sight. I'm guessing they were able to squeeze through the cliff fence.

Mr Early was out there on his bike, wearing his bright yellow hi viz jacket. He really is so cheery. He's quite an old chap and I'm guessing he's retired and takes his exercise early.

Mr Rude Navy ran passed me too. He's got an extra name because he totally ignores me, which is unusual for regular runners, who are quite friendly. But perhaps he's that focused and he's not a morning kinda guy.

I'm wondering when our "Belly" bins are going to be emptied...most are now blinking either red or amber. Poor things.

This evening, I'm looking forward to another power walk this evening - this time with Debs (GETAGRIP), who was one of the first WLR members I met over 3 years ago now, together with Linz (who's back at WLR and called MALTEASER **waves**). I'm hoping we'll have time to get to Bournemouth Pier and back.
