Gym session - 2 hours cross training
I needed an alternative form of endurance training that would help my stamina but help my knee joints. So the cross trainer made sense.
I plugged into a music video for the duration and enjoyed the fact that they were showing videos of every single Number 1 record since January 2000. Not enough fast beat ones but my iPod Shuffle was completely dead so I had to just find my zone and stick there.
12.4k achieved at level 8 within 120 minutes. Calories earned:951.
Good stuff. I'll be doing a walk later on with the dog to loosen the muscles out later. And this afternoon I shall be baking a Lemon Drizzle cake. :-)
