60 Minutes' brisk walking
It's back to work today, following a week off spent in the depths of Cornwall, where I walked every single day (the majority of which was up and down HUGE hills and through deep forests).
I have also walked each day since returning home which makes today Day 217.
Listening to Chris Moyles' podcast throughout this morning's walk, I stepped out into blue skies and barely a whisper of wind. 9 Deg C with just 2 mph S wind to be more exact. The sun was just rising and I managed to get a photo of it as it reached my line of sight.

I did see Dave the 75 year old Paper Boy though. He was busy putting everything out in the newsagents, but glanced up to say how much he had missed us whilst we were on holiday.
It's hard getting back into work-mode....I have no idea how people manage after taking a two week holiday.
