60 minutes medium pace
Another evening walk today, as I've found going back to work after 11 days off has made me really lazy about getting up at 5am! I've pledged to myself that I'll be back to 5am walking next week.
The weather was quite warm although a bit on the windy side. I chose the route along the cliff tops heading out towards Boscombe and because time was limited, I simply chose 30 minutes out, 30 minutes back.
The cliff tops are so busy at this time of year, so much of my time was spent weaving in and out of people, but enjoyable all the same.
